In Japan, Hiro and Ando continue their quest to help people with abilities and go so much as to advertise themselves. Meanwhile, Angela fears Nathan/Syler will discover his true identity. Matt tries to settle down back in Los Angeles and raise his son and not worry about unexpected visitors. Elsewhere, Peter is using his ability for good when a mysterious carnival clan, led by Samuel Sullivan, arrives in town which could spell trouble for him and everyone else. Peter returns to his job as a paramedic, saving people with the help of Mohinder’s abilities. In Japan, Hiro feels that he is not in control of his power and believes himself to be dying. Meanwhile, Samuel, Lydia and Edgar use their abilities to find other Heroes in their quest to bring more into their fold. Also, Tracy continues to hunt down and kill former Building 26 employees by using her new water-liquidation powers to drown them, and she zeros in on Danko, as well as Noah. Clare deals with her secret being revealed by a student who witnesses her fall from a third-floor window. Also, Sylar’s consciousness manifests itself inside Matt’s mind.

Operations. Relations. Complications.
Working eighty-hour weeks in the fast-paced medical world makes it hard to lead a real life, but Meredith Grey sure is trying.

Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo), along with interns Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, George O’Malley and Alex Karev’s, medical world revolved around textbooks and professors yesterday, but today they are experiencing medicine first-hand as surgical interns at Seattle Grace Hospital, a teaching hospital with one of the toughest residency programs in the nation. Here, they must learn to balance their personal lives with their highly competitive professional lives, all while dealing with the daily stress of life and death situations.

Though time has passed since George’s death, everyone continues to struggle with his passing by finding distractions to keep themselves occupied. Meredith and Derek cope by consummating their marriage anywhere and everywhere, while Dr. Wyatt suggests that Cristina and Owen abstain from sex.

His friend Barney (Neil Patrick Harris, Doogie Howser MD) is the anti-Marshall, a guy who thinks he knows everything about meeting women and isn’t afraid to tell you.

Ted first meets Robin (Cobie Smulders, Veritas the Quest), and he believes that she is the woman for him. Soon he realizes that he may not be right after all. Bob Saget (Full House) narrates the story with voiceovers as we follow along flashbacks from the future when he is telling his children the story of how he met their mother.

Some People Are Born To Be Extraordinary

As a total eclipse casts a shadow across the globe, a genetics professor, Mohinder Suresh, is motivated by his father’s mysterious disappearance to delve into his missing father’s secret theory – there are people with unique and special abilities among us.

A Las Vegas single mother, Niki Sanders (Ali Larter), is doing her best to raise her son Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey), but is haunted by her mirror image, all while dealing with her fugitive husband, D.L. Hawkins (Leonard Roberts), who has eluded authorities a handful of times. In Los Angeles, a beat cop, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) is able to hear the thoughts of others, which helps him to track an elusive serial killer. Across the globe in Japan, a young office worker, Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) perfects his gift of stopping time through his strong willpower.

As the lives of these heroes are chronicled, as well as the lives of others like them, they each must follow their own path in realizing the extent of their abilities. But as their lives intertwine, they begin to grasp that their ultimate destiny is to save the world.
